Pullled pork in buns



● Roasted a 2.25kg shoulder joint of pork from 1.45 to 5.45pm at 160c
● Shredded it with two forks and served in big dish, with bread rolls, coleslaw, bbq sauce, salad and veg choice of fish fingers.
● Ideal for Nat's 6 friends visiting, so 10 of us all together.
