Recipes to try in future

Chicken:
1. Chicken Satay strips
2. Chicken Satay & Noodles Stir-fry

Cake:
1. Pear Sponge (MIL's recipe - maybe with toffee pieces added?)

Fish:
1. Baked Fish, with tomatoes, cheese and onions
(Lovely, easy and healthy-ish recipe sent to me by aunt-in-law - some adaptions:
    a). Could use some defrosted frozen fish
    b). stir in some al-dente cooked pasta into the onions and tomatoes mixture, to make it a more
        substantial family meal. Or, to make it even easier, some frozen left-over cooked pasta?)

Lamb Mince:
1.  Baked Meatballs in tomato sauce

Other:
1. Pork steaks with Italian-style bean salad - more for the bean salad and (pesto) dressing which you could use with any meat/fish
2. Cheese scones 

Soups:
1. Cauliflower and Chickpea soup

Party/Sharing dishes:
1. Flower of dough balls with cheese dip
