Lamb Kebabs and Green Beans in Air Fryer

  

Not much recipe cooking involved here, but continuing to see what we can do more effectively in the air fryer.

Tonight I air-fried:

1. Pre-made Minty Lamb Kebabs - the instructions were on the pack! About 6 mins then turn and 6 mins again. 

2. Some spicy crispy chickpeas - to go into the cous-cous salad. Same method as blogged here.

3. Frozen green beans - After cooking and removing the chickpeas, these frozen beans went straight into that basket after tossing with very little olive oil, salt and pepper. From memory it was about 5 mins, shake, then 5 mins. They were more flavourful and firm cooking this way rather than boiling or steaming as usual.
