Keema - Indian lamb mince



A classic Indian Punjabi dish.

Ingredients:

1. Onions, garlic, fresh ginger, chopped chilies, Tomatoes
2. 500g fine, fat-reduced lamb mince
3. Garum masala spice, turmeric
4. Peas (frozen or fresh)
5. Salt, pepper
6. Fresh coriander

Just saute ingredients in a pan, gradually adding them in the order above, at few minute intervals.
Put lid on and leave to cook for 15 mins or so on low.

Serve with rice, naan and other Indian accompaniments.

For a quick dinner, we actually just had this in wraps with salad and yoghurt!
