Followed the instructions on a Schwatz Chilli-Con-Carne mix packet (I know, but it works and it's quick and tasty, don't judge me...), using ingredients:
- 500g lamb mince
- couple of onions
- tin of kidney beans
- tin of tomatoes
- some chopped fresh peppers
Served here with salad, sour cream, with coriander garnish
