Easy Sesame Prawn toast

INGREDIENTS:
*160g pack of raw king prawns (8-ish big prawns) [previously, I've used much cheaper, smaller cooked ones and it was fine]
*3 slices white bread [I used old brown actually, it was fine!]
*2 garlic clove; some grated ginger
*1.5 tbsp soy sauce [next time, I might also include sprinkle of Chinese 5-spice]
*Sesame seeds

1. Blitz the prawns, garlic, ginger and soy sauce in a food processor until you've got a chunky paste.

 2. Trim the crusts off the bread, spray oil on the undersides. Then spread the prawn mixture thickly over other top side of each slice

3. Sprinkle & lightly press in the sesame seeds all over the top so they stick well. Spray lightly with oil. Cut into triangles.

 4. Arrange in air fryer - I got 2 slices in one basket. I cooked them at 200c for about 7-10 minutes (I can't remember exactly!)

Some recipes include an egg white in the chunky paste mixture stage, I guess it binds the mixture in when cooking. I didn't use any this time (no eggs!) and found it held and tasted absolutely fine, so it's up to you.

I imagine these could just as easily be made in the oven too, similar temperature and maybe a few minutes longer, just keep an eye on them.

If I needed to make ahead, I'd prep them up and carefully arrange and clingfilm them on a plate and keep them in the fridge, until I wanted to cook them.
